Janet "Jan" Kay Bennett, 74, died peacefully in her son's and her and husband Ty's former home from a courageous battle with cancer on Saturday, March 29, 2014. Celebration of Jan's life will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 2, at Brosh Chapel in Cedar Rapids, located at 2121 Bowling St. SW, with burial to follow in Anderson Cemetery in Swisher. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 1, at Brosh Chapel. The family requests that everyone
attend in casual attire.
