Cleo D. Cox, 100, died Saturday, March 29, 2014, at Parkview Manor in Wellman. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, March 31, at the Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in North English. Visitation will be at the funeral home one hour before the service on Monday. Burial will be in the South English Cemetery.
A memorial fund has been established for the South English First Responders.

She is survived by a son, Ronald (Marcia) Cox of South English; six grandchildren, Kandi (Steve) Hergert of Middle Amana, Emmett Cox Jr. of Cedar Rapids, Todd Cox of Monroe, Mich., Angela (Brad) Weber of Kinross, Ronald (Lisa) Dietze of Seattle, Wash., and Larry (Keya) Cox of North English; 16 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
Cleo was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John; sons, Larry and Emmett; and siblings, Cleta, Wilma, Clifford, George and Wilford.
