An Iowa City landlord already charged with invasion of privacy has been sued by three former tenants.
The Iowa City Press-Citizen reports that three people said in a lawsuit filed earlier this week Elwyn Miller spied on them through peepholes in their apartment bathrooms.
The 63-year-old Miller
has pleaded not guilty to 11 counts of invasion of privacy. His trial date has been delayed until April 9.
