Operation Quickfind: Garnett Propst (Canceled)
The Cedar Rapids Police Department is looking for the public's assistance in locating a 14-year-old boy.
Garnett Propst, 14, was reported missing Tuesday morning after last being seen at 8 p.m. Sunday on 14th Avenue SW in Cedar Rapids, according to an Operation Quickfind document released by the CRPD.
According to the document, Propst was last seen wearing a red, white and blue jacket, jeans, and tennis shoes. He is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 115 pounds.
