Shooting at NW Cedar Rapids home under investigation

CEDAR RAPIDS - Police are investigating a shooting Thursday morning at a residence on the city's northwest side.
Public safety spokesman Greg Buelow said officers were called just before 9 a.m. to a home in the 1600 block of Hillside Drive NW.
When they arrived, they found a man inside with a gunshot wound that did not appear to be life-threatening. Buelow said the circumstances of the incident remain under investigation.
