House fire in Cedar Rapids destroys car and garage, injures 1

The Linn County Sheriff's Office has reported a structure fire in Cedar Rapids at 4311 Jacqueline Lane. One person received minor injuries.
On Saturday November 17th at approximately 1557 hours, Linn County Sheriff's Deputies, Linn County Sheriff's Rescue, Hiawatha Fire, Cedar Rapids Fire, Robins Fire, Monroe Fire, Palo Fire, Hiawatha Ambulance, and Hiawatha PD responded to a structure fire at 4311 Jacqueline Lane Cedar Rapids.
The fire was started in the garage while the owner was working on a vehicle. The garage and vehicle were both a total loss, and Aaron received minor injuries, but the fire didn't spread to any other nearby structures.
Aaron was transported to St. Luke's Hospital by Hiawatha Ambulance where he received treatment for his injuries.This incident remains under investigation by the Linn County Sheriff's Office.
