The Cedar Rapids Police Department has issued an Operation Quickfind for Nikolai Stielow.
Stielow is 20 years old and is described as being 5'6” and about 200 pounds. He was last seen at 8 p.m. Friday at 1345 20th Ave. SW.
The Cedar Rapids Police Department is seeking the public's help locating Stielow. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the Department at (319) 286-5491.
