Cedar Rapids man steals minivan, found later in a strip club parking lot

A Cedar Rapids man is accused of breaking into a garage and stealing a minivan.
According to a Linn County complaint, Jequen Jordan Ellis, 22, entered an attached garage of a home on Westridge Drive SW, Cedar Rapids on June 6, 2018 and stole a 2011 Toyota Sienna minivan.
Officers were able to locate Ellis a short while later with the stolen vehicle in the parking lot of The Lumberyard, an adult entertainment club on the SW side of Cedar Rapids.
Ellis has been charged with 2nd degree burglary, a Class-C felony punishable up to 10 years and 2nd degree theft, a Class-D felony punishable up to 5 years.
