Amber Alert canceled for Waterloo infant boy

The Department of Public Safety has canceled an Amber Alert it issued at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday for an infant boy officials said had been abducted by a 28-year-old woman.
The child - identified as 4-month-old Rashaun Graves Jr. - reportedly was taken in Waterloo. His accused abductor, Sarah Nagy Brown, was believed to be headed to Texas in a Gray 2017 Nissan Sentra, with an Oregon license plate 067JYL, according to the alert.
The infant was described as a black male, weighing 12 pounds and stretching 19 to 24 inches. He has black hair, brown eyes, a large dimple on his chin, and was last seen wearing a diaper.
Brown was described as a white woman, weighing 150 pounds, five-feet one-inch tall with reddish blond hair, blue eyes, and last seen wearing a blue sports bra with blank pants.
