Lee County officials have identified the young woman's body that was found Sunday morning in Lee County as that of 20-year-old Sadie Alvarado, of Muscatine, Iowa.
According to the Iowa Department of Public Safety, the woman's remains were found at about 10:45 a.m. Sunday on 235th Avenue, a gravel road just south of West Point.
