Cedar Rapids Police Department identify theft suspect, arrest made
UPDATE: The Cedar Rapids Police Department has identified the theft suspect. Sharon Maureen Halstead, 48, of Cedar Rapids has been arrested for False Use of a Credit Card.
The Cedar Rapids Police Department is looking for a suspect who allegedly used a stolen credit card at several southwest side convenience stores on Thursday, Aug. 9.
CRPD is requesting the public's assistance in identifying the suspect, who is pictured in surveillance photographs.
Citizens who can identify the individual in the surveillance photographs are asked to call the Cedar Rapids Police Department at (319) 286-5756 or Linn County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-CS-CRIME (272-7463) or text CRIMES (274637), type 5227 and your tip.
