Veva Hermanstorfer passed peacefully at her home in Colorado Springs, Colo., on Tuesday, July 15, 2014, surrounded by family.
She was born Oct. 15, 1922, to John and Muriel
Husband.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Vernon Hermanstorfer; brothers, Clarence, Dale and Kenneth; her sons, Ron and Melvin; and son-in-law, Bob.
She leaves behind her sisters, Dorothy and Margaret; brother, Mervin; her children, Kathy, Don, Linda, Jim, Lavern, Karen and Lois; 25 grandchildren; and nearly 50 great-grand-children. Her family was the focus and delight of her life. She poured out her love to all, and will be greatly missed by each of us.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. Monday, July 21, at Holland-Coble Funeral Home in What Cheer, with funeral services to begin at noon. Luncheon will be at 1 p.m., with burial service to follow at Sixteen Cemetery, rural What Cheer.
