Shirley Tobiason of Cedar Rapids and Wayne Eiben of Monticello announce their engagement. Shirley's parents are the late Lyle and Marcella Tobiason. Wayne's parents are Clarence and Laura Eiben of Monticello, formerly of Hopkinton. The bride-elected graduated from Monticello High School, Kirkwood Community College, and Mt. Mercy College with a BBA. She works at Rockwell Collins, is with St. Paul United Methodist Church, and is assistant Scoutmaster with Troop 242 from Washington, IA. The groom-elect attended Maquoketa Valley High School and works at John Kraus Construction in Center Point. The
wedding will be August 8, 2015 in Wyoming, IA.
