Norman E.
Madison, 75, of Belle Plaine, died Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2009, at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids following a brief illness. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Hrabak Funeral Home by Deacon Joe Behounek, with military rites. Burial will be in the Troy Mills Cemetery at 2 p.m. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
He is survived by his wife, Mae; sons, Scott of York, Pa., and Brad (Melissa) of Norway; daughters, Shelly (Kirk) Doyle of Carrollton, Texas and Teresa (Bill) Selken of Keystone; brother, Howard (Sandy) Madison of Cedar Rapids; and grandchildren, Alex and Luke Doyle, Shanna Schumacher, Tammy Marshall, Kim (Mark) Robinson, Hunter Madison, Carley and Connor Selken.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Susan and son-in-law Lawrence Schumacher.
A memorial fund has been established.
