Larrabee, Marian F.
Marian F. Larrabee, 81, of Marion, died Monday, Oct. 10, 2011, at Manor Care in Cedar Rapids. Funeral Mass: 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 13, at St. Jude's Catholic Church in Cedar Rapids, with visitation one hour before services. Family will greet friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Marion, with a Vigil beginning at 4 p.m. Burial: Mount Calvary Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include her husband; four children, James (Susan) Larrabee of Lee's Summit, Mo., Albert (Dolores) Larrabee of Derry, Pa., Ronald (Lydia) Larrabee of Jacksonville, Fla., and Corinne (Dennis) Nebraska of Marion; grandchildren, Alan (Erin) Larrabee, Gordon Larrabee, David (Jennifer) Larrabee, Douglas (Candace) Nebraska, Christopher (Rosetta) Nebraska and Jennifer (David) Tiede, Denise (Douglas) Epps and Darcie (CR) Rossi; 10 great-grandchildren; siblings, Michael (Ann) Frick of Daytona Beach, Fla., Anthony (Patricia) Frick of Pittsburgh, Pa., Gloria (Joseph) Sible of Uniontown, Pa., Margaret (Raymond) Dunaway of Lemont Furnace, Pa.; and sisters-in-law, Regina Frick of Dunbar, Pa., and Helen Frick of Pittsburgh, Pa.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings, Joseph, John, Nicholas and Patricia Ann Frick.
Marian was born Feb. 15, 1930, in Dunbar, Pa., the daughter of Michael and Elda Mary (Piccioni) Frick. On Dec. 31, 1947, she was united in marriage to Everett Charles Larrabee at St. Aloysius Church in Dunbar, Pa. Marian was a former member of the Altar-Rosary Society and a member and director of the St. Aloysius Women's Choir.
