Robert E. Welsh, 77, of Staples, Minn., formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Dec. 10, 2013. A celebration of Robert's life will be 4 p.m. Saturday, April 26, at the Cedar Rapids Wedding Chapel (1513 First Ave. SE, Cedar Rapids). Robert's family is looking forward to sharing memories, hearing stories and celebrating his life.
