Holt, Kurtis J.
Kurtis J. Holt, 56, of Cedar Rapids, formerly of Des Moines, died Monday, June 21, 2010, at ManorCare. Private services will be held in Des Moines. Arrangements with Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include his mother, Joanna (Jack) Holt-Mishler of Des Moines; children, Barbara (Terry Moon) Holt of Des Moines and Matthew Holt of Washington, Mo.; two grandchildren, Nevaeh and Noah Moon; sister, Kim (Bob) Wells of St. Louis, Mo.; and significant other, Deb Ramsden of Fairfax.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Born Feb. 19, 1954, in Cedar Rapids, Kurtis was the son of John and Joanna Holt. He served with the United States Navy.
