Morris, Bonnie E.
MARION - Bonnie E. Morris, 78, of 865 Central Ave., died Tuesday evening, Sept. 21, 2010, at St. Luke's Hospital. Private family services will take place. Papich-Kuba Funeral Service, Cedar Rapids, serving the family.
Bonnie is survived by her husband of 51 years, Mervin; three daughters, Gayle Livermore, Marion, Chris Petrak and husband Jim, Center Point, and Sherry Rowell and husband Bill, Cedar Rapids; grandchildren, Brian Livermore, Hiawatha, Mason Morris and wife Lacey, Center Point, and Jacob Mikkola, Cedar Rapids; and great-grandchildren, Tyler and Carson Morris, Center Point.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond Enburg and Mary (Livermore) Enburg Collins; sister, Barbara Montague; daughter, Linda Maginnis; and son, Terry Maginnis.
Bonnie was born Aug. 6, 1932, in Burlington. She married Mervin C. Morris on July 11, 1959, in Iowa City. Bonnie worked at Collins Radio Co. for 28 years while also working at Kmart for 13 of those years. For the past eight years, she and her husband have been employed by Midwest Janitorial Services.
Bonnie loved to crochet and spend time with her family and many friends. She also enjoyed working puzzle books, animals and nature.
