Middleton, David Michael
David Michael Middleton, 37, of Cedar Rapids, died Tuesday, August 3, 2010, in his home.
He is survived by his father, Bruce Middleton of Sioux Falls, S.D.; his mother, Anne Sever; his sister, Ruthanne (James) Weighton; and nieces, Amy Barnhart and Nora Weighton, all of Central City.
Also surviving is his maternal grandmother, Chris Bonenfant; and uncle, Roger Bonenfant of Pinella's Park, Fla.; aunts, Jane Bonenfant of Minnetonka, Minn., Mary (Rick) Phelps and Laura (Tim) Dumez of Crossville, Tenn.; uncle, Robert (Lauren) Middleton of Rice Lake, Wis.; great-aunt, Eileen (Edmond) Larocque of New Bedford, Mass.; many cousins; and a true friend, Cheryl MacDonald of Tiverton, Ontario.
A funeral mass celebrating his life will be at 10:30 a.m. Sept. 8 at All Saints Church, 720 29th St. SE, Cedar Rapids. Interment of ashes, following mass, will be at Mount Calvary Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.
