DONALD NEFZGER Manchester Donald G. Nefzger, 89, of Manchester, died Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2014, at Regional Medical Center in Manchester. Donald was preceded in death by his wife, Rosemary (Wegmann). Survivors include his five children, Douglas (Dottie) Nefzger of Cedar Falls, Catherine (Kent) McGee of Plano, Texas, David (Mary) Nefzger of Cedar Rapids, Paul (Tracy) Nefzger of Wellington, Kan., and Ann (Brent) Ripley of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada; 12 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three siblings, Irene Pasker of Manchester, Nadine Ruley of Oxford Junction and Art (Pat) Nefzger of Earlville; and a sister-in-law, Shirley Nefzger of Earlville. Mass of Christian Burial: 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 13, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manchester, by the Rev. Joseph Schneider. Visitation: 3 to 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 12, at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home, where there will be a 3 p.m. Scripture service. Friends also may call one hour before the service at the church on Saturday.
