Tina Marie Hootman, 43, of Blairstown, died Thursday, Sept. 4, 2014, at the Marshalltown Medical
and Surgical Center following a sudden illness. Memorial services: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 9, at Phillips Funeral Home, Blairstown, with Tim Casey officiating. Inurnment: Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Blairstown.
Instead of flowers, a memorial fund has been established for her daughter, Bobbi's, future needs at Benton County State Bank in Blairstown.
