McCallum, David E.
David E. McCallum, 63, of 828 14th St. NE, Cedar Rapids, died Monday, June 3, 2013, at his home. A Memorial gathering will be announced at a later date. Reiff Funeral Home in Cascade is in charge of arrangements.
David was born June 20, 1949, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, son of John H. and Glatha M. (Rorah) McCallum. He was a graduate of Regis High School and employed as a truck driver for King Concrete in Cedar Rapids.
He is survived by a sister, Becky McCallum and Merlin “Whiskers” McDermott of Cascade; a brother, Doug (Jean) McCallum of Dubuque; and two nieces, Tami Hamlin (and friend West Daubert) and Teri (Larry) Shellenberger.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Linda Carr.
