Marlyce I. Clair, 80, of Vinton, died Sunday, Aug. 18, 2013, at Sunnycrest Nursing Care Center in Dysart. Funeral Services: 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 21, Phillips Funeral Home Chapel, 212 E. Sixth St., Vinton. Interment: Mount Auburn Cemetery. Visitation: 9 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home.
