Michael Paul Kennedy, 59, of Bellingham, Wash., passed away suddenly Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2013.
Michael was born Feb. 22, 1954, in Iowa City, Iowa, to Dr. James and Barbara Kennedy. Michael was a 1972 graduate of Iowa City West High School.
He is survived by two sisters, Susan Elkin of Morgantown, W.Va., and Anne (Paul) Salamon of Cedar Rapids; and a nephew, Karl Salamon.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in Iowa City.
