Betty Joyce Falcon, 82, of Springville, died Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2014, at the Hiawatha Care Center.
Funeral Services: 1 p.m. Monday, Jan. 13, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Marion, by Pastor Jon C. Moss. The family will greet friends one hour before the service at the funeral home. Graveside services will be held at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include her children, Larry (Cherry) Falcon of Tustin, Calif., Julie (Alan) Pederson of Altoona, and Kathleen (Bruce) Vos of Pella; five grandchildren, Matthew Falcon, Adam Pederson, Jonathan (Lisa) Pederson, Calvin Vos and Carter Vos; a brother-in-law Walter (Laura) Falcon; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gene; her parents, William and Margaret Ketelsen; and a brother William Ketelsen.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in Betty's memory.
