Shirley M. Herdlicka, 85, of North English, died Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2014, at English Valley Care Center in North English. Memorial services will be at a later date at Pleasant Grove Grace Brethren Church. Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service, North English, is in charge of arrangements.

She is survived by daughters Cheryl (Jerry) Webber of Cleburne, Texas, and Karen (Jeff) Kirkpatrick of Cedar Rapids; sons, Thomas Herdlicka of Richmond Hills, N.Y., and Paul Herdlicka of Parnell; and a son-in-law, Phil Temby of Cedar Rapids.
