BETTY GUEHRN
Marengo
Betty E. Guehrn, 89, formerly of Marengo and Jesup, died Monday, Dec. 8, 2014, at ABCM Rehab Center in Independence. Memorial service: 1:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 12, at First Presbyterian Church, Marengo, with the Rev. Anni Mingin officiating. Inurnment will be in the Marengo Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
A memorial fund has been established.
Betty is survived by a daughter, Adele Reinhart and husband Ray of Jesup; three grandchildren, Alex Reinhart (Rachal) of Waterloo, Alene Johnson (Guy) of Mount Vernon and Aaron Reinhart (Brittney Warnke) of Waterloo; four great-grandchildren, Jordyn, Samantha and Lindey Johnson and Talon Reinhart; a brother, John "Jack" Homer (Helen) of Charleston, W.Va.; and a sister, Maurene Jennison (Sam) of Burlington.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Florence Davis Homer; her husband, John Guehrn, on Sept. 22, 2005; and a sister, Jean Geitz.
