LLOYD REIHMAN Amana Lloyd Albert Reihman, 83, of Rogers, Ark., died Feb. 7, 2015, at Circle of Life Legacy Village in Bentonville, Ark. He was born June 22, 1931, in Amana, Iowa, to Albert William Reihman and Lina Salzbrenner Reihman. He proudly served in the United States Army 25th Infantry Division, 35th Regiment, Co. C on the front lines of Heartbreak Ridge during the Korean War. He was a member of the Order of Purple Hearts, American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars and the NRA. His name is listed on the Wall of Honor in Bella Vista, Ark. Lloyd retired from the United States Postal Service after 20 years of service to the community as a Rogers rural letter carrier. He was a faithful member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church for many years and the Lutheran Braille Workers, an organization that translates scripture for the blind. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother. Lloyd is survived by his wife of 63 years, Maxine Reihman; one son, Greg Reihman and wife Teresa of Tehachapi, Calif.; two daughters, Karla Wallace and husband Robert of Florence, Mont., and Valerie Cops of Rogers; one sister, Doris Shepard of Wichita, Kan.; seven grandchildren, Darin Erp, Kelly Webb, Brandon Reihman, Amber Cola, Cheyenne Reihman, Levi Cops and Jordan Cops; four great-grandchildren, Roma Cola, Reese Cola, Roegan Cola and Morgan Erp; and many extended family and friends Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 19, at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Rogers, with the Rev. Gordon Besel officiating. Private interment will be at National Cemetery in Fayetteville, Ark. Military honors will be provided by American Legion Post 100 Northwest Arkansas Honor Guard. Memorials may be made in honor of Lloyd Reihman to Circle of Life Legacy Village, 1201 NE Legacy Pkwy, Bentonville, AR 72712.
