Robert P. Doubek, 62, of Cedar Rapids, passed away Thursday, Jan. 8, 2015, at his home. Visitation will
be Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, Jan. 13, at 10 a.m. at St. Pius X Catholic Church, with the Rev. Phil Thompson officiating.
Robert Paul Doubek was born Sept. 26, 1952, to William and Elizabeth Noehl Doubek in Cedar Rapids. He proudly served in the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his children, Amanda (Joe) Latta of Mount Vernon, Melissa (Tim) Judge of Cedar Rapids, Weston (Renee) Bishop of Atkins and Jeff (Melissa) Doubek of Cedar Rapids; his siblings, William Joseph (Julie) Doubek of Neosho, Mo., Bryan (Robin) Doubek of Merritt, Fla., Beckie (Scott) Foizey of Cedar Rapids and Elizabeth Michael of East Greenwich, R.I.; and 18 grandchildren.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents.
