Sally Anne Zook, 57, of Center Point, died Friday, Dec. 15, 2017. Funeral services: 10:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 22, at Christ Episcopal Church, Cedar Rapids, by the Rev. Canon Kathleen Milligan. Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Stewart Baxter Funeral & Memorial Services, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include her husband, Jim; son, Andrew; grandchildren, Aundrea, Andrew II, Julian, Kahliyah and Malaysia; grandmother, Frances Hanson; in-laws, Ray and Kay Zook; brothers- and sisters-in-law, Deborah Scuffham, Brad (Christine) Zook, Lance (Laurie) Zook and Steve (Lori) Ohrt, Pam Toland and Rhonda (Todd) Weimerskirk; many nieces and nephews; her cats, Diesel and Zig Zag; and her dog, Cheyenne.
Sally was born Feb. 10, 1960, in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Raymond and Peggy (Walker) Scuffham. She graduated from Jefferson High School in 1978. On Sept. 6, 1986, she married James Zook at Christ Episcopal Church. Sally worked as a machine operator at Quaker Oats for over 30 years. She liked horseback riding, enjoyed cheering for the Vikings and casino trips to the Isle in Waterloo, and most of all she enjoyed spending time with her husband, Jim. She was a member of Christ Episcopal Church. Sally will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, John; nephew, Sean Scuffham; and her son, Alexander.
