David "Moto" Jaeger passed away Sunday, April 2, 2017, at his home at the age of 59 years.
Moto is survived by his wife, Barb of Keota; two daughters, Alexandra (Craig) Vorba of North Liberty and Courtney Jaeger of Washington; a granddaughter, Harpr Maggie Vorb; his mother, Genny Jaeger of Keota; six siblings, Linda Lillig of Omaha, Neb., Karyl (Del) Miller of West Branch, Cynthia (Steve) Partridge of Norwalk, Colleen (Kim) Roberston of Dunlap, Ill., Doug Jaeger of Keota and Jerome (Katherine) Jaeger of South English; and a sister-in-law, Becky Jaeger of Fairfield.
He was preceded in death by his father in 2006; a brother, Ambrose Jaeger; and brother-in-law, Michael Lillig.
Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, April 6, at Holy Trinity Parish- St. Mary's Catholic Church. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, with a wake service at 3:30 p.m., at the church.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established for Washington County Hospice, Keota Fire Department or Keota QRS.
