Michael Joseph Jump, 60, of Cedar Rapids, died Friday, June 16, 2017, after a long respiratory illness. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are with Stewart Baxter Funeral & Memorial Services, Cedar Rapids.
Mike is survived by Kimberly Kruger, his love partner for 32 years; mother, Marvel Jump; son, Michael (Laura) Jump; grandchildren, Liam and Nora; siblings, Randi (Dennis) Mecsko and Jeffery (Deb), Steven (Kathy), Jon and Justin Jump; and several nieces and nephews.
Mike's family would like to thank and acknowledge the wonderful care of the angels in St. Luke's ICU and his buddies on fifth floor. Also, Father Ivan Nienhaus of St. Patrick's Church for his compassion.
