PAMELA "PAM" S. KRUSE ADAMS

Pamela "Pam" S. Kruse Adams, 45, died Sept. 28, 2017, at Allen Memorial Hospital in Waterloo. Pam gave the gift of life through the Iowa Donor Network.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 2, at Urbana United Methodist Church, Urbana, with Pastor Sue Ney and Pastor Megan Graves officiating. Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery in Vinton. Visitation will be Sunday, Oct. 1, from 3 to 7 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel, 212 E. Sixth St., Vinton.
A memorial fund has been established.
