We went with a 'star,' 'sleeper' and 'future first rounder' with our discussion on Iowa's 2019 recruiting class on this edition of the On Iowa Podcast.
You see, it was all very scientific. Kidding.
We talked the heck out of Iowa football signing day. Tyler Linderbaum's move from defensive tackle to center certainly got our attention. Linderbaum could be on track to be a four-year starter. That move makes a lot of sense.
We talk about OL Ezra Miller being called for basically excessive blocking. It's like Brian Ferentz built Miller, whose playing weight might end up being 330 pounds.
Twitter friend @NickJuskewycz won the Twitter question of the day. It was basically scraping divisions. This led to a Big Ten discussion on number of conference games, protected rivals. This will be a podcast in July, too.
We were asked to assume the role of Gary Barta's life coaches.
'You're good enough, you're smart enough, and, doggone it, people like you.'
Merry Christmas, Happy New Year and thank you so much for listening. And thanks to Penske Truck Rental for sponsoring this season.
