Robert Fernow of Marion, IA and Janice Witousek of Cedar Rapids were married on March 4, 1961 in the First Presbyterian Church in Cedar Rapids.
The couple have a daughter, Dawn (John) Grant and a son, Scott (Christine), and one granddaughter, Autumn, all of Denver, CO.
They both worked for United Airlines in Cedar Rapids, then transferred to Denver where they made their home. Robert stayed with United Airlines for 35 years where he retired. In 1969 they owned and operated a Dairy Queen business for ten years.
The whole family will celebrate in Hawaii for eight days.
