Shelby Ehlers, daughter of Ken Ehlers and the late Michelle Ehlers of Monticello, IA, and Tyler Houdeshell, son of Brett and Becky Houdeshell of Marion, IA and Maajal Houdeshell of Lakeland FL, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.

Shelby is a 2009 graduate from Monticello High School and is pursuing a degree at Kirkwood Community College. Tyler is a 2009 graduate from Linn-Mar High School, and is currently working in Wyoming.

The couple will be united in marriage on Saturday April 2, 2011 at First Presbyterian Church in Monticello.
