Witte - West

Paul and Kimberly Witte of Cedar Rapids are excited to announce the engagement of their daughter, Megan Witte, to Christopher West, son of Dave and Vickie West of Cedar Rapids.

Granddaughter of Dr. John and Darlene Hess of Marion, IA, and Harlan and Shirley Witte of North English, IA, Megan graduated from the University of Iowa in May 2009 with a BA in Elementary Education. She is a kindergarten teacher for the Cedar Rapids Community School District. Megan coaches the Washington Warrior Dance Team and teaches dance at National Dance Academy.

Chris graduated from Iowa State University in May 2009 with a BA in Marketing and Logistics. He is an assistant manager at Hertz. Chris is an instrument-rated private pilot and is working towards commercial and multi-engine ratings.

The couple will be married on June 4th, 2011 at All Saints Catholic Church with a reception to follow at Indian Creek Country Club.
