Jerry W. Moore and Shirley A. Moyer were united in marriage on August 17, 1957 at Sacred Heart Church in Ottumwa, IA by Reverend Leonard Brugman. A celebratory meal was held on August 26 at the Ox Yoke Inn in Amana, IA and was hosted by their children Deb, Chris (Deb) and Cliff (Kim). Joining them were their grandchildren Zach (Cheryl), Brittani (Aaron), Ben, and Brooke. Also in attendance were their great-grandchildren Kaden, Paige and Kyan, and stepgreat-grandchildren Maddie and Will.
