Heideman - Howerton

Steven Howerton and Teela Heideman were wed on May 7, 2011 at Heartland Acres in Independence, IA.

Teela is the daughter of Steve Heideman of Fredericka, IA and the late Leann Heideman. Steven is the son of John and Melinda Howerton of Hiawatha, IA.

The wedding party included Lora Bowers (Maid of Honor), Pam Teiken, Shay Callahan, Sami Walton, Lesley Richardson, David Steece (Best Man), Tony Wullner, Jerry Howard, Tim Lavenz, and Jason Preston. The ringbearer was Mason Delaney, nephew of the bride. Ushers were Brandon Anderman and Matt Brown. The officiate was Rev. John Seitz, Sr. Pastor of Antioch Christian Church in Marion, IA.

The couple honeymooned in Jamaica and reside in Cedar Rapids. Both are employed at The Ar-Jay Center.
