Nicole Lee Schaeffer and Matthew Steven Jones were united in marriage on March 12, 2011 in Denver, CO.
The wedding and family dinner were held at Bistro Vendôme in downtown Denver. A May reception was held in Cedar Rapids.
Nicole is the daughter of Jim and Penny Schaeffer of Clitherall, MN and Cindy and Tim Kuhl of Olympia, WA. Matthew is the son of Deb and Mark Hartung of Cedar Rapids and Steve Jones of Las Vegas, NV.
Nicole attended UNLV in Las Vegas. Matthew is a graduate of Linn-Mar High School and Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Las Vegas.
The couple honeymooned in Aspen, CO and resides in Denver.
