Rick and Stacy Welsh of Cedar Rapids are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Chelsy Welsh, to Joel Cornilsen. Joel is the son of Gregg and Diane

Cornilsen of Clinton, IA.

Chelsy and Joel are both graduates of Loras College. Chelsy is employed at Best Buy Corporate in Richfield, MN. Joel is employed at Klein Bank Corporate in Chaska, MN.

The couple will be married November 12, 2011 in Dubuque, IA.
