Decker - Halligan
Tom and Tammy Decker of Cedar Rapids, IA and Larry and Nancy Halligan of O'Fallon, MO announce the engagement of their children, Katie Decker and Gary Halligan.
Katie is a 2003 graduate of Jefferson High School and a 2005 graduate of Kirkwood Community College where she received her Associate of Arts degree. Katie is employed by Cedar Rapids Community Schools. Gary is a 2000 graduate of Fort Zumwalt North High School and received his Bachelor and Master degrees in Electrical Engineering at the University of Missouri - Rolla. Gary is employed at Schneider Electric.
The couple will exchange vows on November 5, 2011 at St. Patrick's Church in Cedar Rapids with a reception to follow at the IBEW.
