Jessica is the daughter of Diana Mayfield of North Liberty, IA & Jamie Mayfield of Cedar Rapids. Seth is the son of Jan & Marty Thomae of Van Horne, IA and Doug Silhanek & Jane Dorman of Atkins, IA.

They will exchange vows on August 27, 2011 in Mt. Vernon, IA.
