Rachel Fischer, to Drew Higgins, son of Chris and Diane Higgins of Cedar Rapids.
Rachel, a graduate of Cascade Junior-Senior High School and Clarke University, is employed as a nurse practitioner at Mercy Medical Clinic in Centerville, IA. Drew is a graduate of Jefferson High School and Clarke University, and is
employed as a physical therapist at Mercy
Medical Center in Centerville. They will be wed May 6th, 2017 at Sacred Heart Chapel on the Clarke University campus in Dubuque.
