The family of LaVonne Owen extends a thank you to everyone who shared in LaVonne's journey throughout her life. Thank you for your friendship and support, for attending her visitation and

funeral service, for cards, phone calls, flowers, memorial gifts and food.

We also extend a thank you to staff at Jones

Regional Medical Center in Anamosa, St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids, Monticello Nursing and

Rehabilitation Center, Goettsch Funeral Home, Pastor Wade Reddy and staff at Wayne Zion

Lutheran Church, for the care and comfort they

provided. Yes, we grieve, but we also rejoice and give thanks to her creator for the joyful life she lived with support from friends and family during declining health of recent years. Thank you for your friendship.
