James and Joyce Sankey are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Grace, to Andrew Charles Ruud. His parents are Ann Ruud and Charles and Beth Ruud of Andover, MN. The couple met while at Luther College in Decorah. Liz is an elementary school teacher and Andy works for US Bank. The wedding is planned for October 7, 2017 in Clarksville, TN, where the couple will make their home.
