Henry and Dolores (Salz) Van Eschen were married June 18, 1952 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Waterloo, IA. They are the parents of Peggy (Don) Weideman of Vinton, IA, Kathy Mossman and Jolene Van Eschen, both of North Liberty, IA, Marie (Brian) Bohnsack of Phoenix, AZ, and Tom Van Eschen of Vinton, IA. They are blessed with five grandchildren, Michelle (Aaron) Campbell, Charlie (Katie) Weideman, Julina Bohnsack, Jeff (Maggie) Weideman, and Kristin Mossman; and five great-grandchildren, Kaiden and Kole Campbell, Georgia Weideman, and Griffin and Beau Henry Weideman.
