Charles and Nancy (Shaffer) Werner were united in marriage at St. Patrick Catholic Church in
Winthrop on August 3, 1957. They were blessed with six children: Brenda (Gene) Willson of Springville, Cheryl (Keith) Curry of Jesup, Chuck (Janine Lange) Werner of Independence, Sally (Ron) Slife of Center Point, Teresa (Artie) Dudley of Independence, and Mark (Sandi) Werner of
Winthrop. They have 20 grandchildren and
27 great-grandchildren. They celebrated the event with their family.
