Jerry and Theresa Stevens of Cedar Rapids,
along with Teresa Dowell and Karl Allen of Council Bluffs, are so happy to announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their children, Carmen Stevens and Paul Allen. Grandparents of the
couple are Art and Elaine DePuy of Rochester, MN and Sherman Merrill Allen of Emerson.
A September wedding is planned at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Cedar Rapids. The couple are graduates of Wartburg College, are both employed by Wells Fargo, and reside in West Des Moines.
