Judy (McNeill) Nesper was born on May 9, 1938 in Cedar Rapids, IA and is celebrating her 80th birthday! She worked at Dlask grocery store and was married to the late Fred Nesper. Together they owned and operated Nesco Display Sign Company for many years. In her retirement, Judy enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing cards, coloring, trying new recipes, the Iowa Hawkeyes, and of course, being the Queen of Cross Stitch!
